In April 2007 I had my yearly mammo. I got a call back for a re-check mammo, which lead to a core biopsy of the left breast, followed by many mammos, mri's, needle localizations with a lumpectomy and node dissection. Then one more surgery to clear the margins. I have invasive ductal and lobular carcinoma of the left breast, with negative nodes, and ER/PR+ I am lucky in the breast cancer sense! So here begins my journey to lessen my chance of a re-occurance!

Message to Emma....
YOU ROCK!!!! I used to ride a big black horse like Chance....his name was Prince....he was the biggest in the barn and I remember when he would jump, I felt like I was a million miles in the air! I am jealous that you get to ride and show and jump! You are a very lucky girl! Keep up the good work. I am proud of you!

I miss you my friend!
WOW Emma! We'll have to send some pics to Esther! She lives for this sport! Great job!!
Love, Auntie
Hey Kris....you look FAB and so skinny. How much have you lost??
Oh, Cindy , I love you!
I still weigh the same, I am trying to lose the same 25, the forever struggle. But I have learned that if I exercise a lot and lift weights, I must look better!! P.S. Scott is a hunk!!!
My mother would have been very proud to have an
equestrian in the family! I tried but failed miserably...I like more horsepower in my engine than under me!! We are very proud of you Emma!! Way to go! Kris, you look FABULOUS...

Hi Emma!
Just saw the photos of you jumping on Chance...Mimi is so proud of you...but you know me - I get very nervous when something is bigger than me....even all those SUV's in the school parking lot!Good job...just stay safe and hang on..I love all the colored ribbons you've won! My only award in this life was an eighth grade Penmanship award...so you can be very proud of yourself..I am...
Much love and XOXOXO Mimi
