We took a road trip to Niagara Falls, Canada Aug 10-13th. Had a great time!!! Long car ride thought, about 9 hours getting there and 8 home. Would rather fly up next time and rent a car! But as the saying goes, getting there is half the fun (who ever said that never spent more than 4 hours in a car or plane!!)We did manage to get 43 of the 50 states with the license plate game thought! Never did get Hawaii, but did get Alaska!!! Anyway, would recommend this trip for anyone! The Falls are amazing, and so much stuff to do there! We did The Maid of the Mist, Journey Behind the Falls, the Cable Car over the whirlpool, the walk along the class 6 rapids, then there was all the other fun stuff at Clifton Hill: Guinness Book Museum, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum, the giant sky wheel, indoor mini golf, wax museums and ice cream and candy stores galore! Not to mention shopping! Enjoy the photos!

We'd love to see it! I would prefer to fly though. Any idea what tickets run? It looks like there's so much to do, I'd rather spend those 2 days sight seeing as opposed to being cooped up in the car!

$75 each way n/s on Jet Blue to Buffalo, so $500 with taxes for air, and a rental car would run you about $275-300 for 4 days. So it does add up. But then you get the Marriott for free most likely!
This is one of those place I would LOVE to see. I can only imagine the power you "feel" just by being in close proximity. Thanks for sharing these great pics! One more place for Scott and I to add to our list of "must sees"!

Lots of bikers up there too!!! Great back roads to travel on!!!!
We had a ball!! You have to go to the Canadian side...there is nothing on the American side!
You can just stare at the falls all day, amazing!
