Cancun 2009 With My Friend Heather!

My friend Heather and I took off to Cancun (ok, it was really Playa del Carmen, Rivera Mexico) for 5 days!! We stayed at a posh adults only all inclusive....she was my same sex significant other! We lounged by the pool all day (under umbrellas with high SPF), ate and ate, slept late, took naps, had cocktails, went to nice dinners, talked and laughed for 5 whole days! It was a ball!! We kayaked, took a bike ride, she played pool volleyball...I even did the trampoline bungee!! Enjoy the photos!!! I did miss Emma and Dave, but it was so nice to be away and relaxed!!!

WOW!! Looks like a place we'd love!! I think we'll plan a trip here instead of Aruba, I really prefer waves to flat water. Is there a resort of equal or greater value that allows kids?

Yes, you would go to Dreams in Cancun or Riviera Maya, this was Secrets....same company. One is adults only, one you can bring kids! Like Beaches and Sandals! You know where to find a great travel agent!!! (ME!!!!!)

In case you all don't know that, I am a travel agent too....R.N. also....and esthetician (skin) I wear many hats! But I prefer the Sombrero!

Hey, you told me I was going to be your same sex significant other on one of these trips?! I am jealous....although there will be no flying for me for quite some time....I have a huge blood clot in my leg and have overcome my fear of getting needles as I am now giving lovenox bid along with coumadin....hey, do you know anyone who can make me a fancy medic alert bracelet?!

First of all, why are you up at 3 am?? You can be my SSSO on the next trip, once your blood clot is gone! Bummer!!!! If you get the tag, with your medical issues (you may need 2 tags!) Ha-ha! Diane can make you a cool bracelet!! She just does not have the medic alert tags. Happy Birthday this week!!!!!!

Why was I up at 3am...I have not been able to exercise so I have not been tired enough to sleep....lots on my mind. I would love a pretty medic alert bracelet...I never wear jewelry and to think that the one thing I will wear everyday is a medical bracelet...it sucks to get old.
