The Old Kristin Is Back, & Much Younger Looking I Might Add!

I got my hair colored, foiled and cut Thursday! Sorry it has taken a few days to get the photos up, we had a crazy busy weekend it seemed! But I love the cut and color! I had Nancy take off all the curls in the back, and go over my ears again, I need short hair!!!

So last March I had the mammo that started it all, then last April I had the biopsy.....I have come full circle! One year later, all is well! I am back at the gym full force, I signed up for a 10 week "Biggest Loser" type of challange called The Mad Dash! It is a body composition change, based on fat lost, muscle gained and photos. My trainer Tyson is now kicking my butt even harder! Ouch! We want to win though! Since I started training with Tyson, I have lost 12 lbs by my scale. I also joined Weight Watchers a few weeks ago, and have lost 4 lbs with them so far. I feel good, healthy and stong! Yipee!

Well..I think you look like the old Kris..only better! Nice job on the hair...I thought you looked thinner..but Moms always think that. We not only "worry" about our kids -but their kids too...it comes with the job.. Keep on doing what you're doing..it's not easy - but the end result is... Kisses and hugs to Hayes Way from Trout Farm.Love XOXOXO..MOM

I think you look great! i feel your pain about the gym! i still need to loose 8 more pounds "post Adeline" to get back to "pre Adeline"... my uniforms still are not fitting right and I refuse to buy new ones. Sadly however for the past two weeks i've not been to the gym since I was sick with a bad cold that turned into bronchitis and finally I got the antibotics and feel better. I figure I'll start back at the gym next week. I'll think of your commitment to motivate me!

swimsuit season is soon!!

I also am a big fan of short hair!

love,

Hey Kristin! Love the hair! The color is fabulous! You are well on your way to a whole new you. I am so proud of you and admire the strength and courage you have shown us all during this last year..keep up the good work at the gym...I can certainly relate to the struggle getting fit and healthy can be...it may be hard but it is the best thing you can do for yourself!

XOXO,
Robin
